Description
NAFFCO Wet Type Fire Hydrants are engineered for dependable firefighting, manufactured according to AWWA C503 standards and UL/FM approved for quality assurance. The hydrants feature a 6” flanged inlet compatible with ANSI B16.1 class 125 / ANSI B16.5 class 150, with one 4” or 4½” NH threaded pumper outlet and one or two 2½” NH threaded outlets with cap and clamp, all threaded to NFPA 1963 standards. Designed to operate under a maximum pressure of 250 psi and temperatures ranging from -10°C to 82°C, the hydrant top can accommodate 3” or 4” flanged inlet monitors. Corrosion protection is provided through a dual coating process: the inlet and exterior are first e-coated to a minimum dry film thickness of 1.6 mils, then finished with a 300-micron fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating (FBE), ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance in all conditions.
